This extrusion line utilizes TPU, PEVA and PVC as base materials combined with specific recipe and auxiliary equipment through lamination process to produce TPU/PEVA/PVC laminated films. These co-extruded multilayer plastic films can be applied into various packaging materials, such as bicast leather, tarpaulin and leak proof substrate. This cast film line is eco-friendly and contamination free, efficiently eliminating the problem of contamination that usually occurs in the calendering process, provides better performance in energy saving and working efficiency compared to conventional production lines. The maximum width reaches 6500mm.

• Specially designed screw gives high efficient plasticization, along with advanced processing technologies, resulting less energy consumption, high output and better environmental protection;
• Multilayer co-extrusion laminating process, capable of accomplishing lamination on both front and back sides of substrate in one step;
