• Multilayer con-extrusion
  To improve vertical and horizontal strength and toughness properties, the development has grown from conventional 3/5/7 layers, reached 13 layers even up to 55 layers.
• Ultra-thin thickness
  While the number of film layers increased, the film thickness is getting thinner from 20um to 12um, or even 7um.
• Film width and high speed production
  The width of finished film has been gradually expanded from 1.5m, 2m, 3m, 4m to 6m, and production speed reaches up to 700m per minute.
• Energy saving
  Extrusion line can be configured with infrared heating unit, temperature control, high speed screw, servo motor and other advanced devices to control the power consumption to be limited less than 400kw per hour.
• Automatic control
  A series of processes is accomplished automatically, such as material mixing, one-key speed adjustment, electrostatic loading, and automatic packaging.

• Different from the conventional operation method that each extruder is equipped with a manual mixer, automatic feeding unit and inline dosing & blending unit are installed at inlet of extruder, thus enhancing a high automation while greatly saving labor and cost, as well as efficiently reducing errors caused by human factors.
• Enhancing the stretch property of films on the basis of guaranteeing the cooling effect.
• Inline stretching technique is adopted to accomplish inline film cold stretching process, the thickness of pre-stretched film reaches as thin as 7um.
• Inline slitting is carried out to ensure that film rolls are cut per required width with a smooth cut edge. And edge trims will be 100% inline recycled.
• W4S double units of automatic four-shaft winders are used to simultaneously produce jumbo film rolls with diameter of 400mm (used in wrapping machine or for hand wrapping), as well as small rolls with core diameters of 3” and 2” (used for hand wrapping).
• Electrical control system is configured with servo motor, PLC+HMI control system, infrared heating unit, temperature controller and integrated air-conditioning cabinet, ensuring high energy efficiency, long service life of electrical devices, as well as better interference resistance.
• SCANTECH thickness gauge is adopted to ensure high accuracy in thickness measurement.
