The cast film line is typically designed to produce glass interlayer films and transparent films utilizing TPU material combined with specific recipe components.

• Specially designed screw gives high efficient plasticization, along with advanced processing technologies, perfectly preventing the formation of small bubbles that known as "fish eyes";
• Entirely controlled by PLC system with touch screen, making operation easier;
• TPU interlayer film manufactured by this extrusion line has better cold impact resistance (-50 degrees Celsius), waterproof and anti-aging properties than that of PVB and EVA interlayer films. It is also characterized by longer service life comparing to PVB and EVA films, and excellent UV resistance by incorporation of specific additives;
• This cast film line is able to produce transparent TPU films with features of outstanding flatness and high transparency;
• A variety of specifications are available to fulfill customers’ requirements;
