Our eco-friendly PP and PE stone paper, wallpaper extrusion line produces the PP and PE stone paper as well as the wallpaper by adopting PP (polypropylene) or PE (poly ethylene) mixed with calcium carbonate and then applying tape casting technology. For this production line, customized PP and PE stone paper as well as wallpaper are attainable.

Features of Our Production Line
1. Because of the adoption of single-screw or double-screw extruder, this production line can produce three-layer environmental friendly PP or PE stone paper and wallpaper.

2. Based on the characteristics of raw materials, the specially-designed extrusion-molding and stretching-setting devices can ensure plasticization and stable extrusion. On the other hand, they are the effective guarantee for the tensile strength and evenness of product to satisfy the subsequent coating and printing procedures.

Characteristics of PP and PE Stone Paper
1. The PP and PE stone paper produced by our PP and PE stone paper, wallpaper extrusion line features delicate printing, soft texture and low cost. In the mean time, it possesses many advantages that the natural paper does not have, such as outstanding water-proof property, etc.

The traditional stone paper uses special printing ink and comes with long drying time, high cost and poor folding ability. In comparison, the PP and PE stone paper adopts new production technology and consequently, the printing performance, folding ability, anti-static property as well as drying performance are evidently enhanced. Usually, the printing is available by just using the ordinary printing ink and the printing cost is only about 1/3 of that of the ordinary stone paper.

2. The PP and PE stone paper produced by our PP and PE stone paper, wallpaper extrusion line is totally eco-friendly. Apart from having excellent water-proof property, it also features wonderful light resistance and transparency as well as prevention property against worms, moths, damp, mildew and grease.

In addition, owing to the good plasticity of PP and PE stone paper, the vacuum-forming packaging made from this kind of paper far surpasses other kinds of packaging in appearance, color, texture, fastness and packaging effect.

Main Applications of PP and PE Stone Paper
The PP and PE stone paper produced by our PP and PE stone paper, wallpaper extrusion line can be adopted in the wall calendar, pictorial, business card, poker, advertisement, book cover and other presswork, or as the ideal paper for the long-term storage of documents and certificates.

Moreover, it is also available as the cover paper of scanner and duplicator, tear-resistant tag paper, tag paper for cotton exported and special steel, surface paper of quartz clock, scale of mechanical platform, decorative paper of wall, etc. It is foreseeable that the PP and PE stone paper will develop along with a more extensive application scope.
