The double-layer and three-layer co-extruded film lamination line is the new-type casting lamination equipment developed by means of foreign advanced technologies. It uses LDPE, PP, EVA, LLDPE and HDPE as raw materials and utilizes the extruder for plasticizing and laminating with various BOPP, BOPET, BOPA and other base materials.

Features of Our Production Line
1. The properties of laminated materials are improvable by utilizing this production line, such as the barrier property, adhesion fastness.

2. It is designed with machine-electricity-gas integration, PLC control system and machine-human interface, so the operation is simpler and much more convenient.

Characteristics of Film Produced by Our Production Line
At present, our co-extruded film lamination line adopts the most advanced ABA distribution technology and the three-layer co-extruded laminated film is available by using two sets of extruders.

Main Applications of Film Produced by Our Production Line
Admirably produced by our production line, this film is widely applied to the flexible packaging in the fields of food, chemical engineering, commodities, electronics and metallurgy. It also can be laminated and glued with the dust-free paper to produce self-adhesive paper tapes. Or it can be laminated with the imported paper for producing anti-static lamination products used as the packaging of electric elements.
