With the main raw material of PE or PP, this paper film coating lamination line utilizes the extruder to produce films which can be laminated with the paper, BOPP, BOPET and other base materials via extrusion, plasticizing and coating techniques. By this way, the properties of base materials as tensile strength, air tightness and moisture resistance can be enhanced.

The lamination film is widely applied to the packaging, storage and transportation of food, chemical, commodities, electronics, metallurgy, cements and minerals. It also can be laminated with the dust-free paper and coated with silicon also for the fabrication of adhesive paper tapes.

Features of Our Production Line
1. The paper film coating lamination line adopts advanced electric and mechanical devices through the whole production processes from unwinding, coating and laminating, as well as forming and rewinding. By virtue of PLC control system and human-machine interface, individual adjustment and linkage operation are achieved with high automaticity.

2. The double-station unwinding unit is equipped with the automatic position correcting device which enables automatic guiding and position correcting of base materials. Meanwhile, automatic roll changing, cutting and roll splicing device is adopted. Besides, the unwinding unit is equipped with the famous brand of tension controller to ensure stable and high-speed unwinding effect.

3. The extrusion and forming speed is controlled by PLC system. Due to the cooling system with circulating water, the film coating and laminating effects are well guaranteed.

Main Applications of Film Produced by Our Production Line
Laminated with the kraft paper, dust-free paper and white cardboard, the film produced by our paper film coating lamination line can be applied in the fields as book packaging, sunflower seed packaging, garbage bags and adhesive tapes. It also can be used as the packaging material of instant noodles, meat and chemical products by means of the lamination with BOPP and BOPET films.
